Exercise – regular exercise is proven good to prevent loss in range and flexibility of your joints and is especially beneficial to those who are middle age or into old age. Regular exercise is important as it helps you to build strong muscle to protect you from falls and help keep your joints safe.
Muscles – as we age, we tend to lose muscle bulk and power, thus, doing enough normal physical activity and exercise is important to keep your muscles in good shape. Likewise, getting enough vitamin D is important to maintain muscle power. I would also like to share with you that the best way to get vitamin D is to expose your skin to a short period of sunlight each day.
