I believe most of us want to lose some weight and get back into the healthy shape of our younger years health and looks, right?
However, based on medical studies, there is no substitute for a sensible diet that is rich in fruit and vegetables and diet that is low in fats and sugar.
Nevertheless, if we are looking to start a new life with some quick help in weight loss to boost our morale, I believe the following tips will help:
Sleep
One of the factors that people tend to move less during the day is due to tired; this in a way will translate into fewer calories burned.
Studies show that people who sleep fewer than six hours a night are 27% more likely to become obese. Hence, have a good enough sleep at night is an important step to good health and weight control.
Eat a lot
We may not aware that the more we starve ourselves, the more we will load up easily the available junk food that is not only tremendously filling but also horribly fattening.
As such, if we want to eat, make sure we have plenty of low fat, low sugar food and to fill up on these when we start to feel hungry.
For this purpose, whole wheat toast, unsweetened muesli, low-fat yogurt, fruit salad that is made up of papaya, apple, banana and melon as well as raw veggie treats like carrots, cooked pumpkin and tomatoes would be something ideal.
Eat with class
You may find this interesting in that human tends to eat and runs more when they are sitting in brightly lit places and when the environment is with high energy yellow and red furniture.
Scientists have discovered that sitting down and taking our time can lead us to better portion control. As such, when we eat, we should sit down, relax and enjoy that moment.
Try to use a smaller plate, because by doing so, we can fool ourselves into being satisfied with less.
Do be healthy for a skinny new YOU!
Best,
